Buying a Home

Whether you’re looking for a condo, town house or single family home, Saskatoon has plenty of options to suit your tastes and budget. From downtown lofts to suburban dwellings and everything in between, there are plenty of resources for finding that perfect place to call home.

Although housing prices in the region have increased in recent years, home ownership is still attainable for most people.

A great place to start your search is Realtor.ca. You can search for homes by price, style, neighbourhood, and number of bedrooms, among other variables. Private sellers (those not using a Realtor) often list their homes for sale on Sask Houses.

For those who would rather build their own home, the Canadian Home Builders Association – Saskatchewan is a great place to start your research.
